Emil is heading the litigation practice of RVS and has a vast experience in protecting interests of construction, mining and refining companies. He is managing the issues of land law and real estate deals as part of Russian and international projects of the firm. Among the successes achieved by our company under Emil’s leadership are victories in noticeable disputes, debt recovery through insolvency proceedings with imposing liability on management/ shareholders of the debtors, mediation in major international and Russian commercial disputes, victories in disputes with major car dealers, preclusion to unlawful use of masterpieces of famous Russian painters.

As part of supporting of investment activity, Emil has expertise of legal advice to such companies as Intercommerce Bank, SOL DE CHILE S.A., major private investors.

Emil also deals with the development of Russian-Italian trade and legal ties and manages the projects on protection of legal interests of Italian business in Russia.
