RVS acted as legal counsel on a rental transaction to a major Spanish group of companies, dealing in production and instalment of glass and aluminum fronts and constructions, wooden windows and other engineering constructions.
RVS professionals conducted a due diligence of the draft rental contract for a company 90% of which was owned by foreign investors. The draft contract was amended to reflect the client’s interests, the amendments were agreed with the landlord and incorporated in the text of the contract. The client’s draft of the contract was signed.
