RVS team headed by Alexander Rodin and Alexander Shurygin assisted a foreign client in the negotiations with one of the major Russian aviation companies. The negotiations lasted several rounds and resulted in a mutually beneficial agreement on restructuring of the aviation company’s debt, which included the approval of the repayment schedule whereby the company has already begun to execute its obligations.
