RVS advises on a major international deal for purchase of heavy equipment.

RVS is engaged in advising on a major transaction for purchase of a heavy equipment produced in the Customs union by our client from one of Latin American countries, including the elaboration of a bilingual Spanish-Russian documentation. Our scope of work includes commercial aspects, customs regulations and manufacturer's guarantee obligations. Alexander Rodin, Managing partner, supervises the work on the deal.
