RVS LLC attained victory for a client over American corporation Subway in a number of trials
RVS LLC has provided for the victory of our individual client in nine court disputes regarding personal suretyship granted to guarantee franchise agreements with Subway. The court dismissed the Subway’s claims against our client in full.
