RVS LLC has completed due diligence of the group of Russian companies

RVS LLC has completed due diligence in respect of the group of Russian companies at the request of our client, a South American producer of fruits and vegetables.

The integrated financial and legal assessment of potential contractors’ business was carried out in the shortest possible time. The overall management of conducting of the due diligence procedure was performed by Alexander Rodin.
