Alexander Shurygin is the head of corporate and banking practices in RVS. Having a diverse and extensive experience, Alexander is focusing primarily on legal support of banking and M&A deals, real properties deals, handling bankruptcy cases and international arbitration.
In 2007-2014 Alexander worked in the international law firm Allen & Overy, having a position of senior associate prior to joining RVS. He previously worked in the Moscow office of international law firm Norton Rose. Alexander has represented the interests of such majors as VTB, PayPal, Trinfico, leading Russian and international banks and corporations.
