A major M&A transaction has been finalized by RVS LLC

A major M&A transaction has been finalized by RVS LLC. A 90% participation interest in one of the major Russian industrial construction companies was sold as part of the deal.

RVS LLC acted as the vendor’s counsel and was responsible for preparation of the documentation governed by Russian, Cypriot and English law. The documentation comprised SPAs, SHA, a number of option agreements, pledges and shuretyship/guarantee agreements.
